PART I — TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Legal Status of Service
Vivahe’ Matrimony Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates as a private matrimonial consultancy and introducer service.
We are not:
- A public matrimonial listing platform
- A marriage bureau under statutory registration
- A marriage registrar
- A background investigation agency
Our role is limited to facilitating curated introductions based on client-provided information and internal assessment.
2. Eligibility & Legal Declarations
By registering or engaging with our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally eligible to marry under applicable laws.
- You are not currently married, unless legally separated and disclosed.
- All information provided is true, complete, and not misleading.
- You are not engaging for fraudulent, coercive, or unlawful purposes.
Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
3. Nature of Engagement
Our service includes:
- Consultation
- Profile creation and evaluation
- Identity verification (where applicable)
- Facilitated introductions
- Coordinated communication
We do not guarantee:
- Marriage
- Engagement
- Compatibility
- Social, financial, or emotional outcomes
Matchmaking is subjective and dependent on individual choice.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All profile information shared during introductions is confidential.
Clients agree:
- Not to copy, record, reproduce, forward, or digitally store profile details of other clients
- Not to misuse photographs or personal data
- Not to publicly disclose or circulate private introductions
Unauthorized circulation of profile information may attract civil and criminal liability under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
5. Fees & Refund Policy
- Fees are agreed at the time of engagement.
- Payment schedules are binding.
- Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing.
Service fees are for consultancy and facilitation — not for guaranteeing an outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Company acts solely as an introducer.
- We are not liable for conduct, misrepresentation, emotional distress, financial loss, reputational harm, or personal disputes arising from introductions.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the total service fee paid.
Clients are advised to conduct independent due diligence prior to any marital commitment.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vivahe’, its directors, consultants, and affiliates against:
- Claims arising from false information provided by you
- Misuse of another client’s information
- Legal disputes arising from personal interactions
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts located in Delhi/NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
PART II — PRIVACY POLICY
1. Legal Framework
This Privacy Policy is aligned with:
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Applicable Rules relating to Sensitive Personal Data
Under the DPDP Act:
- You are the “Data Principal”
- Vivahe’ is the “Data Fiduciary”

We do not sell, trade, rent, or commercially exploit personal data.
5. Data Minimization

We do not engage in mass data harvesting or automated profiling.
6. Data Sharing
- With a prospective match (only after mutual interest and internal review)
- With internal consultants on a need-to-know basis

We do not publish profiles publicly.
7. Cross-Border Data Transfers
For international matchmaking, data may be accessed across jurisdictions.
Such transfers occur with consent and in accordance with Indian law.

However, no digital transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
